Garden Shopping
I enjoyed shopping at Garden Arts in New Smyrna Beach. If there is anything I always want, it's MORE.
The pitcher plant eats bugs and I'm hoping it has a hankering for mosquitos. The shopkeeper said to give it a fly every so often, as a treat. I couldn't resist the yellow mini-sedum. I am anticipating its smooth sailing in my canoe garden. Sweedish Ivy, Piggy-back begonias will make nice hanging baskets and are easy to propagate. They conjure memories of the greenhouse summer jobs of my youth. Purple and white lobelia make my heart take a little leap. I am hoping it will add the same lightness to arrangements.
